SPX 2011. Joe introduced us and went to go do something. By the time he came back Julia and I were already planning our continued friendship outside of the convention sphere. It happened just like this. Instant friendship. We are buds.

If I’m honest though, I’m pretty sure she likes my dog more. “Hey can I come over and play with your dog, I mean hang out and watch a movie?” What am I supposed to think, Julia? Huh? Sigh. My dog’s pretty great I guess so whatever.
